everything was simply good. the hotel was located adjacent to bellini park, the owner's cafe and train station. the rooms were modern and mine was brand-new with a balcony and shared bathroom, for example.

The staff at Casa Sofia were incredibly helpful and supportive, making it easy for me as a disabled traveler to get around Catania and explore Sicily. The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent, offering delicious breakfast and affordable Sicilian course meals. A great place to start my stay in Sicily!

Great location close to the center, with a beautiful park nearby. the host was very helpful and responsive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. the inclusion of complimentary water in the fridge upon our arrival was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. we had a wonderful Christmas experience at this hotel, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

the rooms were quite cold, as the heaters were not working properly. the blankets provided were not clean and had an unpleasant odor, as did the mattresses.

I always come back to this place. The staff helped me when I was lost. It suits me perfectly. Has Wi-Fi, luggage storage, bar area, flat-screen TV. Coming back for Easter.

casa sofia is spotlessly clean and comfy. it's in a prime location and super close to the owner's cafe. the owner is a real character and will give you awesome local tips. plus, they even kept my backpack for me for two days!
